Hagell 2-Year Warranty

At Hagell, we stand behind the quality and durability of every product we make. Our goal is simple: give you outdoor gear you can trust, backed by real support when you need it.

That's why all our hiking poles and electric products include a 2-year warranty covering any fault related to materials, components or manufacturing. If something stops working and it's clearly due to the product itself — not accidental damage or misuse — you're fully covered.

What's covered

This warranty applies to issues such as:

  • Structural defects in pole sections, joints or locking mechanisms not caused by impacts or misuse
  • Grip or strap failures due to manufacturing faults
  • Charging faults on electric products unrelated to damaged cables or improper handling
  • Internal electronic defects on torches, rechargeable gear or powered accessories
  • Buttons or switches that stop working due to manufacturing issues
  • Material or stitching defects on packs, vests or bags under normal trail use

What's not covered

To keep things clear and transparent, the warranty doesn't apply to:

  • Damage caused by drops, impacts, falls or misuse on the trail
  • Water damage when used outside the recommended waterproof rating
  • Normal wear-and-tear of tips, blades or accessories
  • Loss, theft or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration)
  • Damage caused by third-party chargers or modifications
  • Damage resulting from improper assembly or adjustment of poles

How to make a warranty request

If you believe your product has a defect covered by our warranty, simply contact us at info@hagell.com.au and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing what's happening

Our team will review your case promptly and guide you through the process. In most cases, we'll offer a replacement or a solution to get you back on the trail as quickly as possible.
